Spec

• Minimum age: 10 years old
• Experience: you do not need any prior experience
• Health: you need to be in reasonable physical health

• Water: 2 dives in Open water including some basic skills

Have you always wondered what it’s like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. With Bali Dive Cove we start straight off the beach in front of the shop (weather permitting). We are immersed with the beauty of the underwater world right from the beginning with many fish around while benefiting from the sheltered shallow waters of the beach. For the second park of the course - we go and visit the world famous ship wreck of the USAT Liberty. This is not a scuba certification, but it is a quick and easy insight to what it takes to become a diver!

What’s involved:

• A brief classroom session, learning the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive.
• Going over the scuba equipment you will use.
• Finding out what it’s like to breath underwater.
• Learning key skills that you’ll use during every scuba dive.
• Most importantly - Having fun! Diving around and exploring.

After the experience, we will look through the books to find all the fish you have encountered, have some local Indonesian lunch and give you as much or as little information about further courses and travel opportunities! If you have enjoyed your experience we can credit what you have done toward a full certification.
