The instructors were great. They were very patient with me as an absolute beginner. The dive was really amazing. Even though the Liberty ship wreck is a famous spot with many divers, it’s also large so it was not crowded at all. The lunch afterwards was very nice as well. The videos and pictures were awesome and well balanced between the corals and the diver. I would definitely recommend diving with these guys and will do so, if I ever visit Bali again.

As my first experience I totally recommend this place. The instructor Boyod is the best, for me was my first experience and he guided me through all the steps. He will make you feel so comfortable underwater. If you visit Amed don’t forget to check this place
This package combines Amed reef diving with a trip to Tulamben, offering a mix of coral reef, wall and wreck diving.
Amed’s reefs offer healthy coral and a wide variety of marine life, providing a great balance to your Tulamben dives.
• Jemeluk Drop Off (Jemeluk Wall) – A varied dive that begins over a sandy area before reaching a coral-covered reef that slopes into a deeper wall. This creates a balanced profile with plenty to explore at different depths. Expect reef fish, occasional turtles, schools of bigmouth mackerel and a mix of macro life across the reef.
• Amed Pyramids – A distinctive site where artificial pyramid structures sit alongside a natural reef slope. These structures attract schools of fish, turtles and a wide range of macro life including nudibranchs, shrimp and octopus. Light currents can create a gentle drift, adding variety to the dive.
Dives can be done either from shore or by traditional jukung boat, depending on conditions and preference.
A highlight of this package is diving the USAT Liberty Wreck, with the option to start early for a sunrise dive or at a more relaxed time in the morning.
• USAT Liberty Wreck – Bali’s most iconic dive site, located just metres from shore in Tulamben. The wreck lies along a gentle slope from around 5 to 30 metres and is fully covered in coral, attracting large schools of fish and a wide variety of marine life.
Most itineraries include two dives on the Liberty, allowing you to experience different parts of the wreck:
– The first dive explores the outer structure, showcasing coral growth and schooling fish
– The second dive offers the option to explore swim-throughs and more detailed sections
Sunrise dives offer a different atmosphere, with softer light, fewer divers and increased marine activity.
Depending on conditions and your preference, one of your Tulamben dives can be done at:
• Tulamben Drop Off – A dramatic reef and wall dive where a coral slope transitions into a steep drop into deep blue water. Expect healthy coral, reef fish, moray eels and macro life throughout the dive.
Dive sites are selected based on sea conditions, visibility and your experience level, ensuring the best possible experience across both Amed and Tulamben.
